- provide possibility to specify a CA cert bundle for
  self-signed chains
- add client-certificate for servers which check the
  validity of our client certs
- add flag for checkin/non-checking of SSL validity
- try to mimic all options of check_http
- implement full ranges in -c and -w (used by anybody?)
- provide FTP functionality
- make gengetopt stderr handling and plugin first line
  stdout work together (error handling is bad currently
  if the plugins is called with illegal arguments)
- make use of bandwith measurement functions of libcurl
  for QoS checking options
