Prerequisites:

nasm
gcc
GNU make
byacc
patch
e2fsprogs, libuuid development files

Fetch all required sources with:

make source

Build the qemu image with:

make qemu

Note that building VDI images needs vditool, which needs a properly
installed version of the VirtualBox shared library files.

make run

Run qemu with the image.
